Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeepScan AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DeepScan AI is an automated security and architecture audit platform. Users submit a URL or GitHub repository, and DeepScan AI scans the target for security issues, exposed secrets, misconfigurations, SEO gaps, and performance opportunities. The Service generates a report using AI analysis via third-party providers. The analysis is static and passive — no active penetration testing is performed.
3. Account Registration
To use the full Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate email information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only to scan applications and repositories that you own or have explicit authorization to test. Prohibited uses include:
- Scanning third-party systems without permission
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempting to bypass scan limits or authentication
- Uploading or transmitting malware
5. Data You Provide
When you use DeepScan AI, you submit URLs and repository names for analysis. You retain full ownership of your code and data. DeepScan AI processes this data solely to generate audit reports. You may delete any report from your dashboard at any time; once deleted, the data is permanently removed. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than providing the Service.
6. Plans and Limits
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Ultra plans. Each plan has specific limits on scan count, scan type (URL only or URL + GitHub), and report features. Limits are enforced at the account level. Payment processing will be introduced in a future update.
7. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Audit reports are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Reports are provided “as is” for informational purposes and do not constitute professional security advice. You should validate all findings before taking action. DeepScan AI is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on audit results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepScan AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page or by contacting us at support@traflix.dev.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved under Italian jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
